John Kittel - Of Counsel

With more than 20 years of experience in practicing personal injury law, John Kittel has helped clients suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related cancers to receive the settlements that they deserve. A partner for Mazur & Kittel, PLLC, he is a graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne State University. After earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Kittel began his legal career as a prosecutor for Wayne County in Detroit, Michigan. Since that time, he has successfully brought litigation against the companies that manufactured and used asbestos in their businesses. In addition to his expertise in mesothelioma and asbestos-related cancer cases, Mr. Kittel also specializes in handling cases for automotive product liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice and general negligence. Mr. Kittel is a member of the State Bar Associations for Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia and Florida.
